I needed to ask the Director to change my room (the 14th a renovated one) because it smells a lot and water of shower, because bad slope contruction, went fully out to bath. He gave gently me the 5th. A not renovated one. Only complain: curtain of bath tube was dirty of wetness and fungus in its lower part. Changing my room in the afternoon, the maiden at reception by the then (not a single word in English as announced in same reception, not a single effort to understand or be understood..) gave me only towels for one person (I booked and paid a doble room!!!!). Other than than that, a nice hotel, a nice director in the morning. Few steps away from E tram line to go to city center or EU institutions. Good parking.
